idverde, Europe’s leading landscape, creation and maintenance provider, is pleased to announce the acquisition of SB Paysage, a company recognised for its expertise in ecological engineering, mechanised pruning and mowing, forestry work and wood energy recovery. This strategic acquisition will allow idverde to complement its service offering and strengthen its presence in the regions of Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Landes.

Based in Méharin, SB Paysage has an annual turnover of more than €5m and employs a team of around thirty people. The company has a renewed, state-of-the-art equipment fleet, guaranteeing optimal production quality.

Our idverde Landes-Adour teams will now be organised around three sites: Saint Geours de Maremne in Landes, Lons near Pau and Méharin, enabling the sharing of skills and pooling of resources so we can offer a complete range of services to our customers throughout the departments of Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Landes.”

Philippe and Sébastien Bruthé, founders of SB Paysage, will continue their support on specific subjects such as trade and technical expertise, while Mathieu Jardillet and Nicolas Saint-Jean will provide day-to-day management to ensure continuity in leadership and innovation.

In addition, the wood recovery platforms operated by SB Paysage allow us to meet a growing demand to harvest locally sourced wood into energy, becoming the leading local supplier of wood energy chips to energy producers for their biomass boiler rooms”.
