François Gilbart is Group CEO of idverde. He brings extensive international leadership experience, most recently as Global Head of Fedrigoni Special Papers, and previously as a Managing Director in Bain Capital’s Portfolio Group.
Richard Blumberger is Group CFO of idverde. He is an accomplished, commercially focused finance leader with senior experience in large public companies, and previously served as Group CFO at Marshall Motor Holdings and Finance Director at Mitie Group.
Lionel Beylier is Group CHRO and a member of idverde’s Executive Committee. He brings 20+ years of HR leadership across fast-growing and transforming organisations, with senior roles at Holcim, Ingenico, Worldline, HP, and Schneider Electric.
Greg Hely Hutchinson is Group Head of M&A and Corporate Development at idverde and a member of the Executive Committee. He joined in 2021 and leads the Group’s M&A engine and corporate development agenda, supporting growth and capability expansion across Europe.
Xavier Piccino is CEO of idverde France. He joined from Saur Group, where he was Senior EVP for multiple French regions and previously served in public sector leadership roles. He is a graduate of École Polytechnique and The Corps des Mines.
Aidan Bell is CEO of idverde UK. He brings extensive leadership experience in outsourcing and facilities services and previously held senior roles at ISS Facilities Services, with a focus on operational delivery, transformation, and growth.
Morten Dohrmann Hansen is Executive Chairman of idverde Denmark. He leads the Danish organisation’s growth and integration journey, strengthening the platform across the country and supporting the development of nature and climate-positive solutions.
Joost Heemskerk is CEO of idverde Netherlands. He brings 20+ years of international leadership experience in offshore and renewable energy, previously holding senior roles at Bain & Company, SBM Offshore, 2-B Energy, and most recently as CCO at Sif Group.
Philipp Frech is CEO of idverde Germany. He joined in 2023 and leads the development of the German platform, with a focus on expanding capabilities and accelerating growth across the market.
Enrique Benito has been CEO of idverde Spain since March 2026, having previously been one of the founders and CEO of El Ejidillo for over 20 years.
