The acquisition expands idverde's expertise in arboriculture and specialist environmental services while reinforcing its ability to deliver integrated solutions for customers across the UK.

Strengthening specialist expertise.

Headquartered in Redditch, Acorn Environmental Management Group has built a strong reputation for delivering specialist services across arboriculture and environmental management.

Its expertise includes:

  • Tree surgery
  • Arboricultural consultancy
  • Landscaping
  • Rope access services
  • Vegetation clearance
  • Ecological mitigation
  • Control of invasive and noxious weeds

With annual revenues of approximately £11 million and around 100 employees, the business manages a number of high-profile contracts throughout the Midlands.

The acquisition enhances idverde’s capacity to self-deliver arboriculture services while broadening the range of specialist expertise available to customers.

Creating a stronger platform for growth

Together, idverde UK and Acorn form one of Europe’s leading arboriculture businesses, combining complementary capabilities, sector expertise and an expanded operational footprint.

The strengthened organisation will be better positioned to compete for larger and more complex projects, supporting growing customer demand for integrated green services while creating new opportunities for employees and continued business growth.
