idverde Group expands its expertise with the acquisition of Arrosage System

Renowned for its expertise in creating and maintaining sustainable, attractive, and environmentally responsible landscapes, Arrosage System strengthens idverde’s position in the green services, water management, and nature sectors.

Based in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, in the Nantes metropolitan area, Arrosage System operates throughout France with an experienced team of around 35 employees, an annual turnover of more than €5 million, and a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients.

The acquisition expands idverde’s specialist expertise in irrigation and water management while strengthening the Group’s ability to support customers with a broader range of complementary services.

Arrosage System and idverde France have worked together on major projects for more than 20 years, including the Jardin Extraordinaire in Nantes.

With shared values and extensive sector knowledge, the two companies have built a strong working relationship, making this merger a natural next step.

As part of the integration, Yvon Cessou, Founder and Director of Arrosage System, will remain fully involved in the day-to-day business and in the development of idverde’s water management activities.
