Xavier joins idverde from Saur Group, where he served as Senior Executive Vice President for the Northern, Eastern and Southern France regions, leading the reorganisation and commercial development of the business to support its continued growth in the water sector.
Extensive leadership experience.
Before joining Saur Group, Xavier spent nine years in public service, including roles as: Advisor and Chief of Staff to the State Secretary responsible for small businesses, the social economy, and consumer protection, Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to the Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital. He is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and an Engineer of the Corps des Mines.
