Carsten brings a strong understanding of idverde Denmark, its businesses, customers and teams, having worked closely with the organisation over the past 18 months. His appointment comes at an important stage for the Danish business, following several years of growth through acquisitions.
As CEO, Carsten will focus on strengthening the organisation, improving operational performance and supporting sustainable growth. Together with Charlotte Dreyer-Gershof, who continues as CFO with broader strategic and operational responsibilities, he will form the executive leadership team, working closely with the management teams across Maintenance and Creation.
Morten Dohrmann, who has been instrumental in building idverde Denmark, will step down as Executive Chairman on 1 January 2027. We thank Morten for his commitment and contribution to the business.
