As idverde continues to grow and evolve, we have taken the opportunity to clearly express what has always been at the heart of our work and what makes our company unique. Through an extensive listening process involving more than a thousand colleagues across our countries, we reflected on the impact we create every day and the role we play in society.
With this input, we defined idverde’s shared Purpose:

Our Purpose reflects a simple conviction: nature plays a fundamental role in improving quality of life, strengthening communities and creating healthier, more sustainable environments. It also recognises that meaningful impact is achieved through collaboration: with our colleagues, our clients, our partners and the communities we serve.
The word ‘together’ is particularly important. It reflects how we want to work: as a collective of strong local teams rooted in their communities and connected across Europe, able to share expertise wherever it creates value for people and nature.
More than a statement, the Purpose sits at the heart of a broader framework linking why we exist with how we grow and how we work together. It connects our Purpose and identity – as partners in greener living – with our strategic priorities, the way we make them happen and the behaviours that guide our teams every day. Together, these elements help turn our Purpose into action across all countries.
To bring this shared Purpose to life, we are evolving our visual identity and launching new Group and country websites. These changes create a more consistent and recognisable expression of our brand while reflecting our position as Europe’s leading green services company and a key provider of nature-based solutions.
