idverde Group announces that Luzius Wirth will step down as Group CEO on 1 September 2025.
After leading the company since 2022, Luzius leaves the business having contributed to an important phase of development and growth for the Group.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Luzius for his leadership and contribution over the past three years and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
François Gilbart appointed Group CEO.
François Gilbart has been appointed as the next Group CEO of idverde.
François brings extensive international leadership experience and a strong track record of driving business growth, transformation, and operational excellence in international environments.
Most recently, he served as CEO of Fedrigoni Special Papers, where he successfully expanded the business across Europe, Asia, and North America through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, the company also achieved industry-leading ESG recognition.
Prior to this role, François was a Managing Director within Bain Capital’s Portfolio Group, supporting businesses through growth and transformation initiatives.
